At Gardening Concepts we believe that the customer comes first and pride ourselves on the quality of materials and the approach we take to all our work.

Consequently, as part of our approach we will provide you with a full written estimate of the whole deliverable for you approval.

A payment of 10% of the total estimate will be payable prior to commencement of the work, and the cost of any materials will be payable upon delivery. The final balance is payable when you are completely satisfied with the finished work.

At all stages we will use our experience and judgement to give you a fair and accurate price, and if any additional work is required we will provide additional estimates prior to starting work.
